We are looking for a Cluster Events Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at the Starhotels London. Looking after our colleagues is all that we care about. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Cluster Events Sales Manager for planning, organising, and executing events and group bookings across three boutique 5-star hotels in London
  • Coordinate all event planning, ensuring seamless organisation of events, and fostering relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in event management or group sales in a similar role within a luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Event management software knowledge is a plus (e.g., Opera, or similar)
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
