Job Responsibility:
Provide dedicated support to the Cluster Events Sales Manager for planning, organising, and executing events and group bookings across three boutique 5-star hotels in London
Coordinate all event planning, ensuring seamless organisation of events, and fostering relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in event management or group sales in a similar role within a luxury hotel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Event management software knowledge is a plus (e.g., Opera, or similar)
