Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning and execution of events from concept to completion
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue management, collateral, vendors, signage and onsite documents
  • Act as a key point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the event registration portal and collaborate with internal teams to gather and input information for registrations and tracking
  • Assist with event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Track event details, timelines, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Manage the events inbox and respond to attendee inquiries
  • Support sponsor and partner deliverables tied to events and marketing initiatives
  • Provide on-site event support to ensure a seamless and positive attendee experience
  • Support post-event activities such as feedback collection and reporting
  • Jump in to support broader team priorities as needed

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in hospitality/events/marketing preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
