We are seeking a motivated Events Coordinator to join our Events Team at Southbank Team. The role is admin heavy, fast paced and requires the candidate to be hands-on, flexible, and capable of dealing with high pressure situations.
Job Responsibility:
Support the hospitality team in delivering internal sales
Plan client events
Create innovative offers for clients
Engage with clients
Produce all paperwork relating to events
Ensure the operations team are fully briefed for delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an admin role
Excellent customer service and initiative skills
Drive and enthusiasm
Good planning and organizational skills
Good knowledge of accounts and finance
Proficient in CRM system
Capable of dealing with high pressure situations
Hands-on and flexible
