Job Responsibility:
Process and prioritise event requests, ensuring perfect alignment with available resources and team capacity
Manage comprehensive event calendars and optimise space utilisation across multiple markets
Build strong relationships with requestors through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
Monitor event schedules market-wide and swiftly resolve conflicts to maintain operational excellence
Create insightful reports and analyses that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate the overall event experience for all stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years administrative/customer service experience (hospitality, events, or workplace preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling/ticketing software (event systems experience advantageous)
Strong client service orientation with excellent follow-through abilities
