Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and manage running orders, ensuring all event information is communicated to relevant operational teams in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update event calendars with accurate details
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to meet newsletter deadlines and other event design briefs
  • Upload event details and imagery to CRM systems (Peoplevine) and member portals
  • Ensure smooth execution and a first-class member experience by being onsite during events
  • Assist with hero events such as the Summer Party and the Christmas Fair
  • Book external activations like florists and bands and manage supplier invoices
  • Oversee guest lists using CRM guest list software (Zkipster)
  • Contribute to brand partnership presentations to enhance member events
  • Support the private events team with organisation of events for members and brands

Requirements:

  • Passion for art, fashion, and cultural events
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Some experience in event planning or cultural programming
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
