Job Description:

Events Concierge position at The Ritz-Carlton Washington D.C. responsible for meeting group coordinators, analyzing banquet event orders, fulfilling special arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering luxury hospitality service.

Job Responsibility:

Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
Read and analyze banquet event order
Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
Follow up on special banquet event arrangements
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Read and visually verify information in various formats
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
