The successful candidate will become an integral member of the University’s Events Team, which brings together event professionals responsible for the delivery of high-profile University events including Graduation, public lectures, showcase events, open days, applicant visit days and other reputation enhancing events and hosting opportunities. Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of Royal Holloway’s Graduation Ceremonies
Work closely with the Events Manager (Graduation)
Responsible for a variety of tasks and processes
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Efficient and proactive approach
Good organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise conflicting demands to meet strict event delivery deadlines
