Job Description:

Lead our Pasta Evangelists pasta masterclasses and undertake operational responsibilities as required by our Events Department while maintaining 5-star quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Host events for the general public and corporate clients as requested by the Events team
  • Offer personal and professional guidance to guests and staff members as necessary
  • Arrange the events premises you are hosting in according to our high Pasta Evangelists standards
  • Secure 5-star reviews for events on Google and TripAdvisor
  • Source and prepare antipasto dishes based on dietary requirements
  • Manage product stocking, rotation, and daily orders based on the week's class activities
  • Ensure compliance with high health and food and safety standards and complete necessary documentation
  • Attend training and workshops conducted by Chef Roberta for professional and skill development
  • Participate in staff meetings and communicate any issues or needs to management that require attention
  • Undertake a minimum of 8 events per week (for full time roles)

  • A passionate and self employed Chef
  • High standard of food knowledge and skill with full fresh ingredients from scratch
  • Enjoy preparing, presenting and delivering a wide range of carefully designed pasta dishes for audiences with different tastes or dietary needs
  • Outgoing person with good communication skills and enjoy interacting with an audience and involving them in the cooking process
  • Hugely detail oriented
