Microsoft's European Government Affairs (EGA) team is seeking an Events and Operations intern to support the team's daily operations and events. The position is based in Brussels. Job Responsibility
Event management: coordinating all aspects of individual event organization, digital productions, and visits to our facility
Tool ownership: using and maintaining systems (including the events CRM) in support of event organization and internal operational alignment
Program management: supporting projects across the organization based on current needs and individual ambition, for example learning and development, culture and inclusion, or AI enablement
Facility experience: contributing to the expansion and maintenance of the visitor experience and technology showcases at the Microsoft office
Financial operations: support the operations team with day-to-day program budget management, procurement processes and compliance tasks related to events
Requirements
Must be legally authorised to work in Belgium
Having a robust interest in technology policy
Very strong English language skills (advanced or native proficiency) are a requirement
Political science, law, business studies, or other relevant degree holders
Previous experience with CRM tools or other hands-on tool & technology platform skills are a big asset
