This paid internship position will deliver practical event planning and marketing skills and knowledge to the intern through experience gained on the job and within the financial services industry. The intern will also gain skills and knowledge by providing support to the APAC Team and mentorship from the Events Senior Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Events team in organizing and planning monthly APAC regional physical/virtual events
Support in collating marketing materials required for APAC membership monthly updates
Develop in-depth knowledge of various virtual event platforms to plan events
Support the APAC team on ad hoc administrative duties
Participate in information security knowledge development and training
Requirements:
Communication Skills – Effective oral and written communications skills with the ability to compose emails in a professional manner with use of proper language
Research Skills – Ability to conduct basic research on events and marketing current information using various methods and tools
Technical Skills – Working skill set in Office 365
Organizational Skills – Possess strong time management skills to simultaneously work on multiple products with strict deadlines and high-quality standards
