Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of event and activation production, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
  • Coordinate venue selection, setup, transportation, equipment, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth operations
  • Supervise events during execution, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional consumer experience and alignment with brand objectives
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand visibility, drive product trials, and connect with target audiences through immersive experiences, including in-store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Collect event data, prepare post-event reports, and track expenses to evaluate performance and ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and long-term success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field from a reputable university
  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing within FMCG or a similar industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
