Plan and oversee all aspects of event and activation production, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
Coordinate venue selection, setup, transportation, equipment, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth operations
Supervise events during execution, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional consumer experience and alignment with brand objectives
Develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand visibility, drive product trials, and connect with target audiences through immersive experiences, including in-store promotions and visual merchandising
Collect event data, prepare post-event reports, and track expenses to evaluate performance and ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and long-term success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field from a reputable university
3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing within FMCG or a similar industry
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
