At Redcape Hospitality, we’re looking for an Events & Activations Coordinator to take ownership of experiential events and brand activations across our Queensland portfolio, working across high profile venues in South-east Queensland, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver in-venue events and activations that drive customer engagement and visitation
  • Build and manage annual event calendars aligned to sport, culture and trading opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Venue Managers and Operations to bring activations to life across venues
  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial partners and suppliers
  • Lead end-to-end event execution including planning, logistics and on-site delivery
  • Monitor performance, track ROI and continuously improve event impact

Requirements

  • Experience in events, hospitality, activations or venue operations (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong ability to turn ideas into well-executed, commercially sound experiences
  • Confident stakeholder and partner management skills
  • Strong organisation and project management capability
  • Commercial mindset with comfort working to KPIs and budgets
  • Ability to work across multiple venues and fast-moving priorities
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and ability to apply them to event campaigns
  • Flexibility to travel and support occasional weekend events (Mon–Fri standard week)
