Job Responsibility

  • Deliver end-to-end AV and technical support for a range of events, including hybrid and high-profile events
  • Work closely with customers and speakers to plan requirements and ensure smooth delivery
  • Set up, test and operate AV equipment, including pre-event checks and practice sessions
  • Provide live troubleshooting and on-the-day support during events
  • Support event delivery, including room setups, logistics and front-of-house coordination
  • Maintain and proactively check AV systems to ensure reliability
  • Work with internal teams and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with AV systems, including conferencing and streaming platforms
  • Experience supporting events and delivering a high level of service to a range of stakeholders
  • A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in a similar environment
