Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dependable Event Support / Registration Assistant with prior experience working at conferences, meetings, or live events. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a quick mover who can take direction well, remain organized under pressure, and assist with a variety of event-related tasks as needed. Because registration windows can be short and busy, we need someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with event and conference operations before and during programs
  • Support attendee registration flow and help ensure guests are directed appropriately
  • Provide general on-site assistance to the team with any tasks assigned
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful presence with attendees and staff
  • Follow instructions quickly and adapt to changing event needs
  • Help keep event operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

  • Prior experience working at conferences, meetings, trade shows, or similar events required
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to move quickly and work efficiently during high-volume registration periods
  • Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Able to take direction well and respond positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Some college experience preferred
