Job Description:

Event Support Expert plays a key role in making events run flawlessly by taking initiative and delivering a wide range of services. The position involves setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, and creating memorable atmospheres for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Setting up tables and chairs for banquets or meetings
Creating memorable and unique atmosphere
Setting up and breaking down materials
Transporting supplies
Stocking bars and action stations
Ensuring events run flawlessly
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to handle objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
