Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Event supervisor to join our wonderful team on a temporary contract, covering a maternity leave. This is an exceptional opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise the daily work of the Event Specialist
  • Oversee the planning and operational execution of group bookings and events
  • Follow the full lifecycle of events sold by the department
  • Conduct qualification calls and site inspections for events
  • Act as a key operational point of contact for internal departments
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments
  • Work in close collaboration with the Banqueting Manager
  • Prepare and oversee event-related documentation
  • Monitor event setups and on-site operations
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve operational issues
  • Support revenue optimization through upselling

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality events or operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Operational mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to supervise and support junior team members
  • English : mandatory
  • Opera & Delphi : mandatory
