With prior experience of working within a similar stewarding role or someone who is confident following specific procedures and instructions
With an understanding of the events industry
Who have excellent verbal communication skills
Who have good customer service skills
With good attention to detail and alert to any changes that may indicate an increased security risk or unusual situation
Who are confident in interacting with the public and stakeholders.
Who are working towards or hold a Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
With ACT certifications

Job Responsibility

Presenting always, a smart, alert and visible presence at the event venue
Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
Greeting, assisting and directing people attending the event
Ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into the secured zones within the venues
Monitoring crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
Reporting any incidents or concerns and dealing with emergency situations
