Our success relies on a committed and professional team, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join us for upcoming engagements in Liverpool. We’re growing our casual event staff team at Liverpool FC’s legendary Anfield Stadium, and this is your chance to be part of something special. You’ll play an important part in making sure every visitor enjoys a safe, smooth, and memorable matchday or event experience — all while working in one of football’s most famous stadiums.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming and assisting event attendees in a courteous and professional manner
Providing clear information and guidance regarding event facilities, schedules, and directions
Managing crowd control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Supporting customer service and call centre functions where applicable, including multilingual assistance if required
Assisting with ticketing, entry control, and on-site registrations
Collaborating effectively with event organisers, security personnel, and fellow staff members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Reporting any incidents or issues promptly to supervisors
Performing other duties as assigned to support event operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, call centre, or sport & leisure industries is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanour
Capability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in fast-paced environments
Willingness to follow health and safety policies rigorously
Basic IT skills and comfort with ticketing or registration systems are beneficial
