Job Responsibility

Plan and host virtual proprietary events from start to finish
Lead the creation of creative briefs for all digital event communication
Partner with Publications and Communications teams for content creation and strategic event promotion
Communicate effectively with all vendors before, during, and after events
Ensure the correct application of brand standards across all event assets and touchpoints
Set up virtual platforms (e.g., On24, SpotMe, Cvent) and create necessary assets
Lead the development and implementation of engagement tools (e.g., Apps, gamification) to enhance the brand and attendee experience
Analyze event success against defined KPIs and prepare comprehensive metric reports
Generate proactive suggestions to enhance future event success and overall program effectiveness

Be the Visit.org representative, leader, and problem solver at events
Align roles and responsibilities with onsite team: event host, nonprofit organization, venue, additional staff, and corporate partner
Manage check-in process for in-person events
providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests
Problem-solve issues such as missing supplies, late staff, technology challenges, etc.
Escalate issues to the Events Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem-solve
Send consistent updates, photos, and videos to Events Team throughout event
Breakdown after the event ends, helping to clean the site and repackage and ship all materials back to the distribution center
