Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary contact for servicing group and social events booked by others, ensuring all event details are planned and executed seamlessly
  • Maintain proactive and professional client communication, overseeing all aspects of liaison and relationship‑building within the marketplace
  • Confidently handle incoming calls in accordance with Four Seasons standards and provide support to Catering, Conference Services, and Food & Beverage operations as needed
  • Demonstrate strong organization and time‑management skills while preparing accurate written correspondence, including letters, contracts, reports, Banquet Event Orders, and résumés
  • Manage event logistics, coordinate client requirements, and ensure smooth on‑site execution
  • Complete timely post‑event follow‑up, including accurate account management and documentation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hotel experience (luxury preferred) in Conference Services, Catering, or Events, including staff leadership and supervision
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge
  • Proven business acumen, creativity, and outstanding communication skills
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and Delphi/Salesforce.com preferred
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
