Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in the BEO in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel
Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the BEO and departmental service flow and standards
Assist the Director of Event Service in his tasks and share his work
Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates
Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of banquet
Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service
Supervise the service
Requirements:
A good knowledge in food and beverage and service rules
To know how to coordinate, control and supervise your subordinates
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues
Have a good attitude and be willing to learn
To have a basic understanding of English and Chinese language
