A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver outstanding client experiences. Join a dynamic team where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, lead a talented sales staff, and shape memorable events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed event revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with corporate, social, and private event clients
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Consult with clients to design tailored event solutions, manage negotiations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
  • Coordinate with operations, catering, and other internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution
  • Track sales performance

  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives and building visibility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in event sales or a related field, with a strong record of achieving targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of the event industry, including trends and service offerings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • able to handle multiple events at once
  • Proficiency with CRM software and event management tools

Nice to have:

  • Background in hospitality, hotel management, or event planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
