An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, driven and ambitious Event Sales Executive to join our award-winning commercial team. The main purpose of this role is to generate income from events and conference hire and drive the growth and success of the CACG by actively generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences. Additionally, to achieve sales targets and ensure high standards of service and operational excellence to enhance the CACG and Club’s reputation.

Manage enquiries
Support event planning from initial contact through to post-event feedback
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams such as catering and operations to deliver seamless event experiences
Manage client contracts and financial processes efficiently
Support marketing efforts by collaborating with the communications team
Develop promotional materials
Complete regular performance monitoring, competitor analysis, and reporting
Requirements:
Relevant experience and proven success in event or business development sales
Ability to execute high-quality proposals
Effective communication through both written and verbal channels
Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal, listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
Excellent networking skills
