Job Responsibility:
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image
gather materials and assemble information packages
use sales techniques to maximize revenue
answer guest questions about property facilities/services
serve as the point of contact for clients
communicate with clients by phone and email to address questions and requests
follow company policies and procedures
maintain positive working relationships with others
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
ability to perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying
proficiency in preparing sales-related documents
ability to promote brand awareness and use sales techniques
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
