Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing Efficy’s events, including trade shows, in-house events (e.g., Efficy CRM Day), webinars, co-marketing events with our partners, and other speaking engagements at conferences and roundtables. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your communication skills, coordination abilities, and organizational talents to progressively take full ownership of end-to-end event management.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the communication plan for each event, including invitation emails, dedicated promotional content, and social media posts
  • Update and adapt marketing and communication materials
  • Manage invitations: identify audiences, track registrations, confirm attendance, and update all information in the Efficy CRM
  • Coordinate with speakers: follow up, gather presentations, and format them according to brand guidelines
  • Work closely with partners on the organization of joint events
  • Identify and compare vendors for specific equipment or event needs
  • Prepare and manage all communication materials required to ensure event success (giveaways, brochures, catering, etc.)
  • Support commercial teams with event-related actions and meetings
  • Assist with event setup: preparing meeting rooms, break areas, lunch or cocktail spaces, etc.
  • Help set up and dismantle stands in collaboration with vendors
  • Welcome clients, prospects, and partners on-site on the day of the event
  • Conduct post-event follow-up, including designing satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback

Requirements

  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Energetic and motivated, with a strong interest in contributing to new projects
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and collaborating within a team
  • Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar in French, and good proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Currently studying Marketing, Communication & Media, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Able to provide an internship agreement from your university
  • Available from February 2026 for 6 months
