Job Description:

Event Production Staff position at The Ritz-Carlton Naples involving computer database work, office equipment operation, document preparation, mail handling, filing systems maintenance, and event setup including moving and lifting tables, chairs, and event decor. The role requires delivering The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and providing luxury service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Update records, files, reservations
Answer inquiries from guests
Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Deliver The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards graciously and thoughtfully
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Requirements:

Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball
Operate standard office equipment other than computers
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems
Compile, copy, sort, and file records
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Ability to move and lift tables, chairs, and other event decor
Must have a clean driving record to be eligible for driving event setup truck
