Job Description:

Event Producer role for Fever Originals team in Chicago, focusing on creating one-of-a-kind events and experiences using data and insights. The position involves working with scalable concepts and requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of event production including artistic coordination, technical requirements, production teams, operations, and logistics
Create production timelines and ensure teams keep to schedule
Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Participate in internal brainstorm meetings and contribute to creative ideation
Manage multiple cities for scalable experiences and support expansion into new markets
Negotiate deals and rates with vendors, venues, and partners
Manage budgets of different scales
Research and build reliable network of vendors and production professionals
Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contracts
Travel for launches with some evening, weekend, and cross-time-zone work

Requirements:

3+ years in the live event production industry
Experience in live entertainment programming
Understanding of technical production requirements
Familiarity with permitting processes
Strong network of production professionals
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate all aspects of production
Ability to think strategically about event partnerships and data-driven insights
Capable of finding real-time solutions to production challenges
Comfortable liaising confidently and negotiating with partners, agencies, brands, and talent
Ability to leverage social networks to source talent
Strong academic background is a plus
Keen eye for artistic and production quality
Innovative, solution-focused mindset with huge appetite for learning
Curious and eager to push creative boundaries and test new concepts
Collaborative and hands-on, willing to dive into all aspects of event delivery
