Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the sales team and head chef to deliver exceptional events that exceed guest expectations
  • Plan event layouts, oversee venue setup, and ensure all event elements—tables, linens, centerpieces, and more—are perfectly arranged
  • Coordinate staffing needs, preparing work schedules for banquet servers and event staff
  • Oversee the smooth execution of meals and beverages, ensuring seamless service from seating to table clearing
  • Manage liquor and soft drink availability when required and maintain compliance with service regulations
  • Act as a leader and mentor, coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence

  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including A/V, F&B outlets, culinary, engineering, and sales

  • A comprehensive understanding of event planning processes from start to finish
