Job Responsibility

  • Campaign planning and execution
  • Build and own the campaign plan for 25 events per year across EU, US and APAC
  • Develop phased, multi-channel campaigns from initial launch through to on-site — covering email, LinkedIn Ads and organic, press releases and editorial
  • Tailor messaging and targeting to distinct audience personas: clinical ops leaders, supply chain professionals, CROs and specialist vendors
  • Coordinate campaign sequencing across Marketing, Delegate Sales and Production
  • Lead generation and commercial support
  • Drive delegate registrations and sponsor acquisition through targeted outreach and content-led campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to align campaign activity with pipeline goals and account-level targeting
  • Manage HubSpot workflows and list segmentation for event-specific campaigns
  • Track, report and present campaign performance metrics
  • Content and messaging
  • Develop compelling event copy and promotional content grounded in Arena's value proposition
  • Produce LinkedIn content that leads with insight and stakes
  • Brief and coordinate with design, PR and editorial where needed
  • Maintain consistency with GlobalData Healthcare brand standards across all channels
  • On-site and cross-functional
  • Attend events on-site across the UK, US and APAC, supporting on-the-ground activation and building direct relationships with delegates and sponsors
  • Act as the marketing point of contact for Production, Delegate Sales and external suppliers during event build and delivery phases
  • Feed post-event insights back into the campaign planning cycle

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrable ownership of campaigns from brief to delivery
  • Proven track record running event marketing campaigns (registrations, delegate acquisition, or sponsorship support)
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platform
  • Confident planning and managing multi-channel, multi-market campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication: clear, direct, audience-aware copy across email, LinkedIn and web
  • Comfortable working independently, setting priorities, and managing competing deadlines without close supervision
  • Data-driven: able to interrogate campaign metrics and translate them into clear reporting for stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in Life Sciences, pharma or healthcare B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, CROs, or regulated industry environments
  • Exposure to paid LinkedIn advertising and campaign optimisation
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional campaign activity (Sales, Production, Delegate teams)
  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance to senior internal stakeholders
