Job Description

As an Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at SCAYLE, you will own and shape our SCAYLE marketing events end to end – from strategy and concept to execution and performance analysis. With a primary focus on Europe and regular travel, you will create impactful B2B event experiences that strengthen the SCAYLE brand and drive growth through increased reach and high-quality lead generation. Over time, the role could also support selected event initiatives in the U.S. as we continue to scale internationally.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end execution of SCAYLE’s B2B events (online & offline), including trade shows, executive dinners, networking events, partner activations, and hosted parties
  • Plan, track, and optimize event budgets in close collaboration with Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Develop and evolve scalable event formats, creating new concepts together with media and ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Paid Marketing, and Sales to support GTM, demand generation, and pipeline goals
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, external agencies, service providers, and partners
  • Measure event performance against defined KPIs and translate insights into clear optimization actions

Requirements

  • A completed university degree in media and communication studies, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience independently managing trade fairs, conferences or large-scale B2B or B2C events
  • A proactive, structured and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent English skill
