Job Description:

The Event Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact events across Europe and the UK, including trade shows, conferences, and hosted experiences. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional brand activations that drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and contribute to pipeline growth. This is a cross-functional role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution, working closely with global teams to elevate Arrive’s presence across the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute regional events including trade shows, conferences, and hosted client experiences
  • Support global flagship events in partnership with global leadership
  • Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Ensure all events align with brand, business goals, and audience strategy
  • Design engaging experiences that drive meaningful attendee interaction and next steps
  • Support pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up planning
  • Contribute to reporting, insights, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Product, PR, and Marketing teams to align event strategy and messaging
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for event participation
  • Encourage team engagement across activations, content, and event presence
  • Support webinar and virtual event execution in partnership with Global Marketing
  • Assist PR and Communications teams with speaking opportunities and event-related visibility
  • Partner with internal teams to support lead capture strategy and event workflows
  • Support global swag and event logistics initiatives, including shipping and inventory coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience managing mid-to-large-scale events (trade shows, conferences, client events)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Fluent in English
  • French strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel (~25–30%)
