We’re looking for a hands-on and highly organized Event Marketing Intern to help us plan, execute, and deliver impactful events that showcase Build38’s cutting-edge mobile app protection solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves creating memorable brand experiences, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of event marketing within the cybersecurity and SaaS industry. While your primary focus will be Event Execution, you’ll also gain exposure to Product Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives, making this a great stepping stone for a versatile marketing career. Job Responsibility:
Assist in organizing and coordinating in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client gatherings
Manage event timelines, task lists, and vendor communications
Coordinate logistics such as booth setup, promotional material preparation, and shipping arrangements
Support on-site event execution, including setup, guest coordination, and lead collection
Oversee post-event follow-up processes, including CRM (HubSpot) updates and reporting
Be the owner and guardian of Build38’s branding guidelines across all event and marketing materials
Ensure colors, typography, logos, and brand elements are applied correctly in all documents, presentations, and promotional assets
Review and approve visual materials from both internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand integrity
Create event-related materials such as presentations, signage, and promotional assets (using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
Assist with event promotion through digital channels (email campaigns, social media posts, website updates)
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align event messaging with go-to-market strategies
Help track and interpret event performance metrics for future optimization
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities
Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision
Comfortable with digital tools, eager to explore new platforms
Eye for visual presentation and engaging event experiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, and mobile app ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, O365 Suite, PowerPoint, or other digital tools is a plus
