Job Description:

Working as an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing all corporate events, ensuring exceptional experience for our clients. The position requires excellent organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experience. You will be part of EMEA wide team of 24 and growing! The team works very collaboratively even though we are widespread and are looking forward to having you join our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking, coordinating, and managing the use of the Meeting Rooms
  • Administration of sales, audit performance and profitability objectives
  • Being the first point of contact for Hosts, Bookers and Guests providing a warm and informative welcome
  • Dealing with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner
  • Assisting with the coordination and production of all key events
  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of all aspects for all events, taking complete ownership for each event from initial enquiry through to follow up
  • Working in partnership with all other service providers to develop and deliver events successfully
  • Day to day event management for all event activity

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working in technical/audiovisual environment
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and make decisions when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a flexible approach when providing customer support
  • Work experience with reservation software platforms
  • Managerial experience - Managing events team coordinator
  • Catering or other food service-related experience
  • Communications, Event Planning or Hospitality background
