Job Description:

Events Manager role creating unforgettable experiences for diverse clients including conferences, networking events, and cultural experiences. Opportunity to work with an established event management organization and collaborate with amazing portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibility:

Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
Acting as main point of contact for clients
Demonstrating strong financial acumen with budgeting in multiple currencies
Crafting event concepts aligned with client objectives
Negotiating with hotels, venues, and suppliers
Managing and supporting internal and external team members
Being present on-site during events
Delivering comprehensive reporting and analytics

Requirements:

Experience in a similar Events Manager role
Focus on project management and leadership
Strong knowledge of event industry including trends, technology, and sustainability practices
Proficiency in managing complex events (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
Excellent budgeting skills with experience handling multiple currencies
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel internationally
Proactive, confident, and solution-driven mindset
Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin
Right to work in the US
