End-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of a premium corporate event calendar, including bespoke client seminars, webinars, high-end private dinners, and major industry forums
Partner closely with the Business Development team to align event concepts with the firm's commercial objectives, client targeting strategies, and practice group goals
Manage full event life cycles: budget tracking, vendor and luxury venue negotiations, technical AV setups, production scheduling, and on-site logistics
Oversee guest list management and invitation workflows, utilizing client relationship management (CRM) systems to track RSVP data and event ROI
Direct the creation of high-end event collateral, signage, and digital presentation materials, ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines
Coordinate seamlessly with senior internal stakeholders (Partners and C-suite executives) to manage speaking schedules, rehearsal times, and briefing materials
Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback from partners and analyzing data to measure client engagement and optimize future initiatives
Requirements
Degree holder in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of corporate event management experience, strictly within professional services (e.g., top-tier law firms, Big 4, investment banking, or premium private wealth management)
Proven track record of executing flawless events tailored specifically for C-suite, institutional, and ultra-high-net-worth audiences
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how events integrate into a broader corporate business development strategy
Impeccable stakeholder management skills, with the polish and confidence to advise senior partners and practice heads
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, capable of running multiple complex projects concurrently under tight deadlines
Native or near-native fluency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) is highly advantageous for regional client and vendor management
