Event Manager

• Manage client communications to set expectations, address questions, and ensure timely delivery of required assets
• Collaborate closely with the lead producer to support event production and workflow management
• Oversee the creative design and programming aspects of the conference booth, including demos and meet-and-greet sessions
• Coordinate with external agencies handling influencer-related activities
• Represent multiple brands while ensuring alignment with client objectives and event goals
• Monitor budgets and flag any concerns to maintain financial efficiency
• Facilitate internal communication among cross-functional teams to streamline project delivery
• Utilize tools like Google Drive and Slack to organize and track event progress
• Ensure smooth execution of fabrication and build processes by understanding industry terminology
• Provide strategic input to enhance experiential event components and attendee engagement

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in live event management or experiential event planning
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle client-facing roles
• Familiarity with fabrication and build processes, including relevant terminology
• Proficiency in tools like Google Drive and Slack for project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple brands and workflows
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Knowledge of community engagement and experiential event strategies
