Job Responsibility:
Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food/beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy
Requirements:
A smile and customer service skills
An attention to detail with a ‘make it right’ mindset
Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations
An ability to work reliably and consistently, occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred, but is not required
Nice to have:
