Join our client, one of the UK's leading online poker platforms, as an Event Manager for Sponsorship Activations. You will own the on-site presence for sponsored events, ensuring the sponsor brand is represented professionally and engagingly. Based in London with hybrid working, there is one vacancy for this permanent role. Relocation is local only. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver activations that connect players with the brand. You will plan, coordinate and execute brand activations at live events, from staff briefing to on-site execution and post-event learning. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of sponsor visibility, requiring strong organisation, clear communication, and calm problem solving under live event pressure. You will also gather feedback, report on outcomes, and use insights to strengthen future activations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and brand integrity. Job Responsibility

  • Plan and coordinate the sponsor brand’s on-site presence at events
  • Organise brand stands, activations, and promotional activity with clear branding and messaging
  • Ensure all activation elements are prepared and delivered on time
  • Liaise with event organisers to coordinate logistics, schedules and requirements
  • Manage event staff on site, brief on objectives, and be the primary contact for the brand
