We are looking for an Event & Project Manager for our partner's dynamic, international team in the heart of Budapest. If you are highly organized, skilled in end-to-end project coordination, and fluent in English and French (or Spanish), we encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibility:

  • Take care of events from start to finish: creating offers, planning budgets, organizing logistics, and following up on meetings, tours, and incentive trips
  • Contact and manage suppliers: find the best partners, negotiate prices, and handle the contracts
  • Support clients in person: help international customers during site visits, trips, and while the events are taking place
  • Find the best spots: research new venues, restaurants, and programs in Budapest and Hungary to offer the best options

Requirements:

  • Very good English and French/Spanish skills (8/10), with the ability to speak confidently in front of others
  • Experience working in hospitality/tourism or related studies, previous employment in the event or MICE industry (especially in incoming tourism) is a big plus!
  • Strong organizational skills and confident use of Word and Excel (MS Office)
  • A good understanding of Budapest and Hungary as a tourist destination
  • A helpful, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  • A reliable, independent, and precise way of working
  • Professional and neat appearance

Nice to have:

Experience working in hospitality/tourism or related studies, previous employment in the event or MICE industry (especially in incoming tourism) is a big plus!
