  • Maximise event impact & ROI – Define event tiers, recommend sponsorship levels, and tailor plans by audience segment
  • ensure clear measurement and follow-up paths
  • Lead the full event lifecycle – Manage planning, vendors, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event wrap (lead capture, reporting, learnings)
  • Support flagship owned events – Contribute to delivery of our biggest brand moments (Summits, launches, major tentpoles) to ensure quality and consistency as we scale
  • Partner cross-functionally – Work closely with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Product to align event goals, drive attendee quality, and build seller-ready toolkits
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors
  • Experience working with events and production agencies is a must
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Analyse and improve – Track performance, gather insights, and continuously refine conference and side-event playbooks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in events, field marketing, or experiential — ideally in tech (B2B/enterprise a plus)
  • Strong track record delivering conference programmes (booths/sponsorships/speaking/side events) that generate high-quality leads and meetings
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • calm and solutions-focused onsite
  • Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and driving cost efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across multiple workstreams
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee planning and onsite execution
