Event Manager Elf position at Islington Shopping Centre in Central London. Be the head elf in charge of organizing the grotto team and ensuring Christmas runs smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Be the lead organiser of the grotto team
Make sure Santa and the elves are in the right place at the right time
Keep everything running like clockwork
Support families and ensure the grotto is a magical, stress-free experience

Requirements:

Great organisational skills
Friendly but firm leadership style
Ability to juggle busy schedules
A true love for creating Christmas magic
