Contract type: Permanent. Working arrangement: Remote. You are looking for a role where you can turn operational data into action, improve how complex work gets delivered, and help teams work more consistently across regions. As an Event Management Operations Analyst, you support outage event planning and daily management across Gas Power Services, helping strengthen performance, standardize ways of working, and improve the customer and team experience. In this role, you help make sure the right actions happen at the right time. You work closely with regional and functional teams to improve planning, execution, reporting, and issue resolution. You bring structure to daily management, spot trends early, and help teams focus on the changes that create the greatest value.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, track, and follow up on key performance indicators that align with team and business goals
  • Identify trends, trigger alerts when performance moves outside agreed thresholds, and support timely action
  • Help improve outage planning, handoffs, scope management, and execution rhythms across the outage lifecycle
  • Support management operating reviews and help drive corrective actions based on performance trends and root-cause analysis
  • Build and maintain clear, practical dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Automate recurring reports and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Support the rollout of standard work practices across regions and functions, working with frontline teams and regional stakeholders
  • Help develop quality work instructions and standard work instructions through cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and deliver lasting fixes
  • Support internal communications, including training materials and newsletters, to help teams stay aligned and informed

Requirements

  • Experience in service operations, project execution, or operational excellence in a complex industrial or energy environment
  • A track record of working across teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance
  • Confidence using operational concepts such as scoping, job costing, billing processes, estimated completion, and cost control
  • Experience working with digital systems, such as enterprise resource planning platforms, service management tools, or other business software
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting change in a fast-moving operational environment
  • Familiarity with power generation, gas turbines, steam, or energy services
  • Exposure to outage planning or service management systems
  • Experience with daily performance management and KPI routines
  • Hands-on use of Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence or machine learning in an operational setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
