Job Responsibility:
Greet prospects and residents in the leasing office and assist with tours as needed
Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks
Maintain guest suite schedules and oversee loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
Manage package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
Keep detailed information on local businesses, maintain relationships with vendors, and provide resident recommendations
Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and support marketing and awareness of community events
Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and Resident Portal postings
Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing standards
Provide input on budget development relating to activities and resident retention and manage expenses to budget
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in property management or related customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computer applications and email management
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents and local vendors
Experience in property management or community coordination preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize and execute community events
Proficiency in managing communication channels and marketing materials
