Job Responsibility:

  • Greet prospects and residents in the leasing office and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedules and oversee loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Keep detailed information on local businesses, maintain relationships with vendors, and provide resident recommendations
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and support marketing and awareness of community events
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing standards
  • Provide input on budget development relating to activities and resident retention and manage expenses to budget

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or related customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with computer applications and email management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents and local vendors
  • Experience in property management or community coordination preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and execute community events
  • Proficiency in managing communication channels and marketing materials
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
