• Ensure positive guest satisfaction
• Validate employee time sheets
• Report technical issues
• Control guest flow and ticket validation
• Encourage engagement with staged photo opportunities
• Drum up sales through local outreach
• Ensure health & safety standards
• Serve as company brand ambassador

• Manage overall organization, planning and operations of set-up and teardown sequences
• Coordinate with local producer for successful execution of experience
• Schedule and manage all staff through agency platform
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns & general needs
• Oversight of stock and cleanliness of all experience points
• Lead training sessions and program development
• Understand technical requirements and troubleshoot technical issues
• Work with ticketing operations and report challenges
• Create inviting atmosphere and ensure staff engagement
• Outreach to local groups for sales opportunities
• Maintain & manage on-site equipment ensuring health & safety standards
• Manage & set up POS systems
• Communicate with vendors, landlords, and venue representatives
• Handle guest recovery communications
• Serve as Fever brand ambassador
• Proactively communicate challenges and opportunities
• Complete daily reports and weekly check-in calls
