Job Description:

Event Executive position at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi responsible for ensuring optimum guest service, supervising staff, maintaining facility standards, and supporting event operations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization
Complete scheduled inventories and stock necessary supplies
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow all company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
