Job Description

Due to our expansion, we are looking for outstanding Event Day Manager's, with a proven track record, to join our current events team. This post would be midlands based from our head office in Coventry however travel to events across the UK would be required especially to Coventry, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Derby. We are a business that has grown over the last few years with no view to stop there. The ideal candidate must be very hands on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. seen as an exceptional leader of teams of all levels and skill sets.

Job Responsibility

  • To oversee the daily running all operations at the event, including but not limited to football clubs
  • Management of Stewarding, Traffic Management, SIA Security, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation & Event Parking Operations
  • Developing our team of supervisors and overall teams at each event
  • working very closely with our recruitment, staffing and training teams to ensure the right number and calibre of staff are deployed at each venue
  • Implementing operational plans and risk assessments
  • Providing payroll data to the office team post event
  • Completion of post event debrief

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working in the events industry
  • Experience of working in the traffic management in the events industry
  • Ability to communicate with clients up to Safety Officer/ Event Manager level
  • World class organisation and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent management and development skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships and a collaborative working environment

Nice to have

L4 in Spectator Safety would be an advantage
