Lead exciting events and build lasting client relationships for a prestigious international jewelry house. You will be the driving force behind unforgettable events and innovative CRM strategies. You'll work closely with the global team, crafting high-impact experiences that elevate the brand and cultivate lasting customer loyalty. Plan and implement events, manage client relationships, and analyze data to maximize impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute high-impact events and pop-up shops, aligned with the brand's global strategy
  • Manage VIP client tours and experiences in collaboration with international teams
  • Create and implement CRM programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze data to optimize event strategies and CRM initiatives

Requirements:

  • Education: University graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand Event & Marketing
  • Preferably in jewelry or luxury brands

  • Basic understanding and knowledge of database marketing and CRM programs, ideally with experience
  • Excellent PC skills
