This role goes beyond traditional concierge responsibilities, serving as a sales-focused team lead responsible for driving event revenue, private dining bookings, and large-party experiences. ** Largely Commission Based In this position, you will actively identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities—from special occasions to full-scale private events—while leading the Concierge Team in delivering best-in-class hospitality. You will act as a key liaison between guests and management, ensuring every inquiry is maximized into a booked experience and that all event details are executed seamlessly.
Job Responsibility:
Drive event and private dining sales, including large parties, corporate events, and special occasions
Respond to and manage all event inquiries, turning leads into confirmed bookings
Actively upsell experiences, menu enhancements, and premium offerings
Build and maintain relationships with guests to generate repeat business and referrals
Lead the Concierge Team in achieving both service excellence and sales goals
Track, manage, and follow up on all sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Take and manage reservations while identifying sales opportunities within bookings
Inquire about special occasions and convert them into elevated or private experiences
Enter and maintain accurate guest and event information in Resy (or CRM systems)
Coordinate event details with management and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
Help orchestrate nightly service with a focus on high-value guests and experiences
Give venue tours to prospective clients and showcase event spaces
Maintain deep knowledge of menus, offerings, and event capabilities
Maintain a hospitable and organized Concierge desk while balancing sales priorities
Proactively manage reservations and guest profiles to maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements:
Proven ability or strong interest in sales, hospitality sales, or event coordination
A “get it, want it” mentality—understands both service and sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Leadership ability with experience guiding or motivating a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
A polished, professional, and hospitable demeanor
An understanding of anticipatory service and upselling opportunities
Confidence in engaging guests and building relationships
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple event inquiries simultaneously
