Job Description:

The Event Coordinator will play a key role in supporting administrative needs across departments at Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between clients and the Sales Office, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth property operations. The position offers a pay rate of $25.07 per hour, as well as extensive benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support across departments
act as the liaison between Sales Office and clients during the event process
support operational needs of the hotel
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

Ability to prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
ability to serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
ability to act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
adherence to company policies and procedures
ability to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
