Job Responsibility:
Oversee the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
Facilitate the check-in process for attendees and provide support to guests during events
Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site visitors, addressing their needs and concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and meet organizational goals
Handle administrative tasks related to event management, including scheduling and documentation
Monitor and address any unexpected challenges or adverse circumstances during events
Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
Ensure all event-related activities comply with company policies and guidelines
Support post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events
Requirements:
